Keith & Shannon were referred by a friend of mine. They are getting married this June at Keith’s parents property in Vacaville. I especially enjoy shooting Weddings in the comfort of my clients or their families homes because it’s a totally different vibe than a Wedding held at a location with time contraints and strict rules on where we can shoot. Don’t get me wrong, I really enjoy shooting at a variety of locations, but I get the opportunity to photograph a Wedding like this at least once or twice a year and really enjoy it’s simplicity and beauty. There never seems to be the same hustle and bustle of the typical wedding day when it’s held at a home either, which is always nice for everyone!
So, these two love birds chose UC Davis, where they met and went to school, for their Engagement Session. I loved it! Never really been on campus there, so they had me meet them in this garden area that was perfect! It’s open to the public, which is great and now I have a new place to shoot portraits…thanks guys for introducing me to a fabulous new location!
