One of my good friends is an instructor at The Dailey Method Roseville and had been mentioning to me for awhile that I should come by and try out a class. It took me a bit, but I finally did, a little over a year ago and immediately fell in love with it. Have you ever tried a Barre class before? ….pronounced nothing more fancy than “Bar”, lol! It’s an entire body workout that leaves you feeling amazing. I love that each person works at their own ability and that the instructors are there every step of the way, to assist with correct positioning and modifications, where needed.
I’ve taken some barre classes years ago, but they were very different than The Dailey Method. I remember them being a bit faster paced, not as many moves and positions and not as much emphasis on core strength throughout. Even if you’ve taken a barre class previously, I highly recommend taking a class at The Dailey Method, to see the difference. My local studio is in East Roseville, but they do have other studios, if you aren’t in the Rocklin/Roseville area.
The Roseville studio is beautiful, clean, organized, quaint, offers child care and the owner, instructors, employees AND other attendees, are so supportive, sweet, encouraging and helpful. You can’t help but feel welcomed when you’re there!
Last year the Roseville Studio was working on some updates and asked if I would be able to photograph head shots of all the instructors. What a fun change up in my work! I love that I was able to photograph these beautiful ladies at The Dailey Method Roseville Studio, using natural window light. Their head shots turned out gorgeous and glowing!!!
