I’ve traveled quite a bit this year for my weddings. I’ve been to Los Gatos, Lovelock (NV), Walnut Grove and RENO! It was my first wedding ever, in Reno, for a girl who couldn’t have been more sweet, down to earth and friendly from the day she contacted me =) A friend of a friend of a friend, and WE became good friends too, over the process of her wedding planning. The funny part about it, as was the same with her brother/sister in laws wedding in July, I’d not actually met Natalia until a month prior to her wedding….when I photographed her brothers wedding in Lovelock, NV! Yet I felt like I knew her better than even some local clients that I’ve worked with, ha!
It was a hot one on August 16th, 2014, but I have to say, the heat could have been much worse! None the less, it was a gorgeous, sunny, bright day with a beautiful couple who put a lot of time and effort into a gorgeous event, down to the nitty gritty details (which I love to photograph!) Keith and Natalia were married at a wonderful location called Rancharrah, where there ceremony was held across a serene pond, atop a grassy area that overlooked a fabulous Mansion. I could have spent all day photographing just the bride and groom around the multi-acre property with it’s fence lines, grassy areas, trees, pond, buildings, roads…it was like a city within a city! So very cool!
Congratulations Keith and Natalia! All your hard work over the past year+ came to a gorgeous day with so many family & friends whom adore you. A celebration of your lives together. A new chapter to begin. Enjoy each others company, be good listeners to each other, make life all that it can be and love one another til the ends of the earth <3 Thank you for the opportunity in getting to know you, building a lasting friendship and for allowing me to capture a huge milestone in your lives!
