You know you’re getting old when you watch (& photograph) your friends son getting married … and you remember when he was in elementary school, lol. Cory is the son of one of my good, long time friends Mindy. Mindy and I have known each other since 1998, which just dawned on me that this year makes 20 years of knowing each other! Time flies!
Mindy has two grown boys, both of which, now I have had the opportunity at photographing for, for their weddings {<—click there to see Brandon’s wedding reception photos} <3
Cory & Felicia said I Do’s at Our Lady of Grace Church in Castro Valley last March (yes, I’m still playing catch up on blogging, haha) and celebrated the event with a reception at the San Ramon Marriott. They had such a fun bridal party, huge families, lots of smiles and laughter filled their day and it was such an honor to document this special day for good friends!
You might remember my post previously about how Cory set up a portrait session at Baker Beach in San Francisco, we met there and what Felicia didn’t realize, was that Cory was going to propose during that session and have it all caught on camera <3 It was so cold in the city that day, but because of it, we had the beach to ourselves, which made his proposal that much more intimate. It is obvious they have a fabulous relationship filled with spark and smiles, love and laughter!
