High School Senior, Sydney…graduating from Rocklin High School 2018! It wasn’t a big thing when I was in high school, dare I say, in 1998 (my graduating year), to do additional outdoor portraits like it is today. I wish it were or I wish I would have done some because the cap and gown shot for the yearbook is everywhere, haha. It would be fun to look back to 1998 and see how I would have dressed and done my hair for a photo shoot like this…I’d probably be making fun of myself, haha, because well, it was the 90’s and things were different back then, but all in all, I’m glad a lot of parents choose to have these natural shots of their seniors captured, documenting a huge milestone in their lives and in their families!
Sydney is a gorgeous natural beauty. We shot these at a park in Roseville during the spring, so it was a bit cold out, but perfect weather/light for an afternoon session. And I love how we got a few little gusts of wind that blew thru her hair, so fun to add that texture/movement!
