We didn’t have to pull out the M&M bribery until the very end of the session, so I’d say we did great! Haha. Have you noticed your kids try to bribe you? My son says things to me like:
“Mom, if you let me have this toy, I will give you a kiss.”
I just look at him and say:
{laughing} “Not today, but I’m gonna steel a kiss from you, whether I get you this toy or not!”
Where do they learn this from? Well, I’d say us! We all bribe our children when we need/want them to do something for us, right? Haha. I always bribe my son when it’s picture time….with an ice cream, some dessert, an added fun privilege. Usually it works, but in some cases, it doesn’t.
With Julia and Brody, not much bribery needed at all this session! I am pretty sure it’s because they’ve become pros with me now, LOL! Julia is used to seeing me and my camera since she was 18 months old and Brody, since he was born, so they see me now and they just give me big cheesy smiles, WITH a pose of their own, might I add. So cute! They did a great job and we had some fun with funny faces for Brody and very sparkly glitter pose with Julia. I love creating unique imagery like this <3
