You might recognize this beautiful family from a past blog post a few years ago when I photographed Kayla’s high school senior portraits. This time it was Maya’s turn to graduate! As I’m delayed in my blog posts, I can tell you that these were taken early in Maya’s senior year before covid hit. When she graduated, along with many other high school students, she didn’t get the proper send off due to everything being shut down, unfortunately. The seniors graduating last year in 2020 were troopers to go thru the pandemic! Maya started college at Santa Cruz, by online schooling, but eventually was able to attend in person. Congrats Maya on all your accomplishments and to your first year of college!
