One of the perks of being a photographer and having a studio is that I can just whip up an idea and shoot it at any point in time, haha. So this post is comprised of probably 3-4 different days over a month period around my littlest sons 1 year milestone. I had lots of ideas and wanted to exhaust as many as I could, but knew I would have to break up the sessions because it would be a lot to accomplish all at once. He did so amazing each time, although with the snowman hat, he wasn’t having it, haha. He was good, just didn’t want to wear it for some reason, so that shot was literally the only one I was able to capture with it on him.
I made the Mickey Mouse inspired shorts he’s wearing in the first few shots, as well as the bow tie AND I made the snowman hat, as well as crocheted the red scarf! Also…perks of being a crafter, you make what you need for your vision {sometimes, haha}.
Love how these came out and it captured Hunters one year milestone so well, with the thumb sucking and ear pulling, the smiles and laughter, and brotherly love. He was ALWAYS such a happy little guy as a toddler <3 He’s 5 now and even more spunky than when he was one, lol.
