Serina and I exchanged several emails before we met for the first time, at hers and David’s Maternity Session. I’m always super excited to meet with my new clients and start learning more about them, as we grow our relationship and I capture these fun and exciting moments they are experiencing!
We met up at a trail park near the river down in Sacramento. It was very important to her for us to include their fur baby, Duke, in their portraits. Duke is a beautiful German Shepard dog and just sweet, sweet, sweet as can be and SUCH a good listener. David, Serina and I hit it off right away and I felt so comfortable photographing them! We chit chatted about a bunch of things….how long they’ve been together, about when they got married, about the new baby and about some photography stuff….just really friendly, down to earth people and we can’t forget funny! I love working with people that have a sense of humor because I love to laugh!
They’ve since welcomed baby Lucas into their world and he too, is sweet as can be! No doubt he’ll have a wonderful personality like his momma and daddy as he grows =) The newborn session will be on the blog soon, but for now, enjoy these cute shots of David, Serina and Duke, as we documented the maternity milestone <3
