Conrad and Jessica are natives of the Bay Area, but live down in Southern California now. This was the third wedding I’ve had this year where I actually never physically met my bride and groom until the day of the wedding! But same as the others, I felt like I knew Jessica before we met, because we had sent numerous emails back and forth and chatted on the phone about details, so it was like I was seeing an old friend when her big day arrived =)
Nothing short of the absolute sweetest couple and super fun bridal party and families….Conrad and Jessica were a blast to work with! The day went off without a hitch. We started at a local hotel and ended up at the beautiful Grand Island Mansion….love shooting there!!! It was a gorgeous day, nice, warm, sunny, breezy…..just perfect. They chose to have their ceremony outside by the arbor and amongst the tall trees that outline the area <gorgeous!> and then completed their evening with a reception in the back of the Mansion in a beautifully decorated tented area with some outdoor dancing and mingling. Jessica did such an amazing job with all the details and decor. There was so much to photograph and capturing the journalistic side of events is always a passion of mine =) Those details are so very important to pull together the entire memory of all the efforts put forth to create the fabulous day!
